What is your cancellation/no show/late policy?

We offer guests full credits for cancellations made at least 2 days prior to their scheduled workshop. If a guest needs to cancel within 2 days of their booked class or does not make it to their class on time (no later than 10 minutes after start time), a credit will NOT be issued. Reservations made within 48 hours of the scheduled class do not qualify for a credit.

When a customer reschedules their workshop they will be given credit ONLY. Guests are not permitted to reschedule their reservation more than once. A guest must reschedule or use their credit within 3 months of the original time booked.

Do the candles have fragrance? Can I make mine without fragrance? 

Fragrances are included with your Pour candle making experience. We offer a variety of fragrances for guests to choose from. If you’d prefer not to use fragrance in your candle, that’s perfectly fine with us!

How much is a class and what’s included? 

Our candle making class is $59.99 per person. That price includes all the materials needed for the class, the vessel and scent of your choice, a host to offer step-by-step instructions on how to make your candle, and your finished candle to take home! 

What do I need to bring to class?

When you arrive, we’ll ask for a form of ID that matches your reservation name to get you checked in. In this case, a valid form of ID would be a driver's license, credit card, student ID, or passport.

Can I bring food and drinks to my class?

Unfortunately, we do not allow outside food during the experience.The only exception would be if you book a private event, food may be brought in and eaten while the candles are drying. You may BYOB your favorite bottle of wine, champagne or beer.

Are kids permitted?

Because our candle pouring workshops include handling hot wax and fragrance oils, children must be 10 years and older to participate. Anyone under 18 must have a guardian present to sign their waiver. Additionally, children under 5 are not permitted in the workshop space. Safety first!

How big are the candles? 

Most of our candles hold about 12 ounces of wax and have a burn time of approximately 60 hours.

Can I book over the phone or by walking in? 

At this time, online reservations are required due to a limited number of seats. We want to be sure we're properly prepared for your class. We recommend booking in advance as our classes can book up quickly! 

How big are the classes and how long do they last? 

Our class sizes vary depending on how many spots are booked. They can be as large as 32 people or as small as 2 people. The class lasts about 60 minutes, and the candles take another 45 minutes to set enough for guests to take them home. Guests are more than welcome to wait at Pour during those 45 minutes for their candles, explore the neighborhood, or come back on another day to pick them up. We hold your candles for up to 30 days, with a courtesy reminder call. We also ship candles for those traveling from out of town for a $12 fee.

What if I can’t wait 45 minutes for my candle to dry? 

No worries! We hold your candles for up to 30 days if you can’t make it back to pick up your candle. After 30 days, we will give you a courtesy phone call to remind you we still have your candle for pick up. We can also ship to you for a small fee. Please make sure to check out our hours prior to coming to pick up your candle.
